Prof. Stephen Fava is a full time Professor in the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Malta. He has published a number of important papers in major international journals. He is also the head of the Diabetes & Endocrine Centre and Chairperson of the Medical Specialist Accreditation Committee as well as President of the Association of Physicians of Malta. Prof. Fava was for many years Chairperson of the Department of Medicine at Mater Dei Hospital.
